Alissa J. Norris

Alissa J. Norris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain solutions and transportation management systems, currently serving as a Manager at ARMADA Supply Chain Solutions since January 2011. In this role, Alissa develops and implements data management and CRM solutions while contributing to various technical projects aimed at improving business processes and operations. Prior to this, Alissa held the position of E.D.I. Coordinator at Vitran Express from September 2007 to December 2010, and collaborated with the e-Commerce Manager to enhance order integration processes. Alissa holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Business from Carlow University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from PennWest California.
