John Kogan

John Kogan is currently the CFO at Armanino. Prior to that, they were a Board Member at Good Karma Bikes from September 2017 to August 2019. John was also the Co-Founder, CEO, CFO, and Chairman of Proformative from April 2009 to August 2016.

John has a long history of working in corporate finance, accounting, and treasury. John has a wealth of experience in leading sales, marketing, product, and all operations for a company. John is known for being able to drive growth and profitability for a company. In 2016, Proformative was sold to Argyle Executive Forums.

John Kogan has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Connecticut College and an MBA in Finance from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
