Renae started their career as a Laboratory and Administrative Assistant at Leuther Laboratories LLC, where they performed microbiological analysis, prepared media, and trained a student. Renae then worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and later as a Senior Research Specialist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
