Eric Rivera

Eric Rivera has extensive experience in construction and project management, currently serving as a contract surveillance specialist at the Armed Forces Retirement Home since July 2020. With a background in the US Navy Reserve since 2006, Eric has held the position of Builder Chief Petty Officer, overseeing various construction projects and managing personnel across multiple trades. Previous roles include Production Planner II & III and Pipewelding Foreman at Ingalls, where Eric was responsible for production schedules and supervising skilled trades personnel. Eric's career also includes experience as a project estimator at INTERNOVA ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR, providing cost estimates and technical support for electrical projects. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Grand Canyon University, along with certifications in project management and electrical technology.
