Ronda Ringo

Ronda Ringo is the Director of Business Analysis & Quality Control at Armedia. Ronda has over 20 years of experience in the consulting and software industries.

Ronda started their career as an e-Business Manager at Buzzsaw.com, a dot.com startup. In this role, they were responsible for explaining the technical architecture of the site to sales staff and clients, and brainstorming with clients to create innovative ideas on how they could increase their visibility and market share via the web.

From there, they transitioned to EMC Documentum, where they served as a Solutions Principal and Pre-Sales Systems Engineer for nine years. In this role, they were responsible for leading the solution definition, level of effort estimation, SOW creation and negotiation for client opportunities. Ronda was also an ECM Thought Leader/SME for target accounts, and defined consulting delivery business policies, procedures, project templates, and consultant training plans.

In 2009, they left EMC Documentum to join Content Application Systems, LLC (CAPPS) as VP Professional Services. In this role, they led sales/marketing campaigns (direct and channel) which increased company awareness and opportunities.

Ronda has been with Armedia since December 2009, where they currently serve as Director of Business Analysis & Quality Control.

Ronda Ringo is a computer scientist who received their B.S. from Bowling Green State University and their MBA from Wright State University. Ronda is currently employed as a software engineer.
