Roger Lebel

Roger LeBel is an accomplished safety management professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Safety Manager at Armellini Express Lines, Roger oversees safety protocols for a 20 million mile national fleet and is an expert in Hours of Service regulations, including both ELD and paper logs. Previously, Roger held the role of Production and Safety Manager at Liberty Tire Recycling, LLC, where responsibility extended to DOT and OSHA safety compliance. Earlier experience includes Operations Manager at AmeriGas Cylinder Exchange, overseeing operations and personnel management, while serving as Unit Commander for the New Hampshire State Police, coordinating the Size and Weight Enforcement Program. Roger began a distinguished career in the US Army as a Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Southern New Hampshire University, earned from 1989 to 1993.
