Jenifer Duggan

Jenifer Duggan, SPHR-CA, J.D. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and client services. In 2007, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Candidates on Demand Group, Inc. until 2009 when they transitioned to the role of Senior Human Resources Generalist at Paychex, Inc. In 2011, they became a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at ADP TotalSource, Inc., where they assisted clients with HR infrastructure development and compliance. In 2018, they were promoted to the position of Client Relations Executive at ADP TotalSource and managed a $75 million book of business while coaching HR Business Partners on HR and account management strategy. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Client Services at Armhr.

Jenifer Duggan, SPHR-CA, J.D. completed their education starting with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from New York University, which they obtained between 1998 and 2001. Jenifer then went on to pursue a Juris Doctor (J.D.) at Fordham University School of Law from 2002 to 2005. In 2008, Duggan obtained a Human Resources Certificate from Cornell University.
