Kim Lathrop

Kim Lathrop is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, human resources, and IT specialization. Currently serving as a Product Specialist at Armhr since October 2024, Kim previously held the position of HRIS/IT Manager at INFINITI HR from September 2022 to September 2024. Prior roles include Director and Acting Director of Customer Technology at Questco Companies, and Manager and Human Resources Manager at Crunchi, LLC. Kim's career began at Oasis Outsourcing, where responsibilities included IT Project Manager, Corporate Trainer, and Project Implementation Specialist/IT Business Analyst, contributing to numerous successful projects and training initiatives. Kim earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
