Karthik Ramakrishnan

Karthik Ramakrishnan has a long history of work experience in the tech industry. Karthik is currently the Cofounder and Chief Product Officer at Armilla AI, a role they began in 2020. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Advisor at Perpetua Labs, VP, Head of Industry Solutions & Advisory at Element AI, and Senior Manager at Deloitte Canada, where they were responsible for leading capabilities in Decision Science, Cognitive and IOT Analytics. Karthik was also the CEO, Co-founder of Gallop Labs from 2013-2017, GM of Poncho at betaworks from 2013-2017, Co-Founder, COO, and Head of Product at Blu Trumpet (acquired by Breaktime Studios) from 2011-2013, GM & Director of Product Development at Hatch Labs from 2010-2011, Advisory Board Member at MatchFuel Inc. from 2011-2013, and Director of Product Innovation at Xtreme Labs Inc. from 2010-2011.

Karthik Ramakrishnan is currently enrolled in Y Combinator, and previously attended Ivey Business School at Western University, where they earned an MBA in 2008-2009. Karthik also obtained a Master of Applied Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (Telecommunications) from the University of Waterloo. Karthik earned a B.E. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, and attended Modern High School.
