Sophie Auger-Mongenot

Sophie Auger-Mongenot is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the hospitality and facilities management sectors. Currently serving as Directrice générale at Armonia since May 2024, Sophie also holds the position of CEO for multiple brands including Facilitess, Steam’O, Armonia Hospitality, Armonia Middle East, and THA Staffing, a role maintained since September 2017. Previously, Sophie was the Director at CERITEX/FACILITESS from June 2010 to August 2017.
