Jennifer supervised and trained store staff, and was responsible for P&L.

Jennifer Diaz has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Florida International University - College of Business, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Prior to their M.B.A., they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management, both obtained from Florida International University from 2007 to 2010. In 2014 to 2015, they pursued further studies in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology. Additionally, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in June 2016.
