Jennifer Diaz

Jennifer Diaz has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jennifer is currently working as the Senior Director of HR Strategy & Operations at Armor Health since January 2021. In this role, they provide leadership and guidance for the strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations of the multi-state healthcare company.

Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Acorn Health from October 2018 to January 2021. Here, they provided leadership and direction for strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations. Jennifer reported to the VP of HR and handled various responsibilities related to HR software systems like Paylocity, ADP, Paychex, PEO, and PEO Exit.

Jennifer also has experience as an Operations/HR Manager at Sherwin-Williams from June 2011 to March 2013. In this role, they provided leadership for the successful day-to-day store operations, including customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, and store safety. Jennifer supervised and trained store staff, and was responsible for P&L.

Jennifer Diaz has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Florida International University - College of Business, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Prior to their M.B.A., they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management, both obtained from Florida International University from 2007 to 2010. In 2014 to 2015, they pursued further studies in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology. Additionally, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in June 2016.
