Jillian Lorenz

Jillian Lorenz has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on quality improvement and compliance. Jillian'smost recent role was as the Director of Quality and Compliance at Armor Correctional Health Services, where they developed and implemented nationwide correctional care initiatives. In this role, they conducted audits at various facilities and worked with staff to develop corrective action plans. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Quality and Patient Safety - Corrections Health Services at Jackson Health System, where they developed a quality program to ensure compliance with Department of Justice regulations. Jillian also has experience as a Performance Improvement & Compliance Administrator at Correct Care Solutions and as the Director of Risk Management & Compliance at Fishermen's Community Hospital. Additionally, Jillian has worked with the Florida Department of Health in various roles, including Senior Management Analyst and Assistant to the Executive Director. Jillian has a strong background in evaluating and improving care delivery, ensuring compliance, and managing risk and regulatory issues.

Jillian Lorenz's education history begins with their attendance at Florida Keys Community College from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. Jillian then moved on to Florida Gulf Coast University, where they studied Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from 2014 to 2016.

Continuing their education, Jillian enrolled at The George Washington University- Milken Institute School of Public Health in 2016 and completed their studies in 2018. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Healthcare Administration and successfully achieved an Executive Master of Healthcare Administration.

Additionally, Jillian Lorenz obtained their Licensed Nursing Home Administrator certification from the State of Montana in June 2023.
