Kevin C. has extensive experience in the ink and printing industry. Kevin started their career as an Ink Chemist at German Schmidt Printing Inks, before moving on to become an Ink Lab Manager at the same company. Kevin then joined EFI in 2006 as a Senior Chemist, where they developed UV and solvent inks and coatings. Kevin later became a Principal Chemist at EFI, where they played a key role in commercializing high-performance inks that helped EFI secure over 50% of the wide-format display Graphic market. In 2014, Kevin C. took on the role of Manager, Ink Development at EFI, where they built and managed a team to significantly increase EFI ink revenue. Kevin also managed the ink product roadmap and delivered annual revenue growth. In 2019, Kevin C. joined IIMAK as the Director of R&D, where they are responsible for developing and executing the company's global product development roadmap and managing the R&D budget to enhance the company's capability and competitiveness.

Kevin C. has a diverse education background. Kevin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Chemistry from Tianjin University in 1996. Kevin later pursued a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry at the University of Vermont from 2001 to 2005. In 2012, they enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University and earned a Graduate Certificate in Project Management in 2013. Furthermore, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university between 2013 and 2016. In addition to their formal education, Kevin C. holds certifications such as a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Certificate for Leadership Essentials from Ninth House and EFI, both obtained in 2013 and 2011 respectively.
