Sebastien Conte

Sebastien Conte has over 25 years of experience in HR management. Sebastien currently holds the position of Senior VP HR at ARMOR-IIMAK. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at Vilmorin-Mikado (Limagrain group), where they managed a team of 23 members across 15 countries. Sebastien also played a key role in managing change and digitalizing the HR organization. Before that, Sebastien worked as an HR manager at Vaillant Group - Saunier Duval, where they were responsible for simplifying the legal structure of newly acquired companies and managing international mobility. Sebastien started their career at Schlumberger, where they held various HR management positions and played a significant role in streamlining divisions and supporting talent management. Sebastien's expertise spans multiple industries and includes experience in mergers and acquisitions, change management, and talent development.

Sebastien Conte pursued higher education in Economics and Business Administration at Montpellier Business School from 1992 to 1995. In 1994, they also obtained an MBA in Business Administration from De Montfort University.
