Ashley C. Bailey

Ashley C. Bailey currently serves as the Vice President and Senior HR Business Partner at United Community, a position held since September 2015, providing HR support and expertise to affiliate banks in South Carolina, Coastal Georgia, and Florida. Prior to this role, Ashley worked as a Recruiting and Development Specialist at The Palmetto Bank from December 2004 to September 2015, focusing on recruitment processes and training program implementation. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Lead Teller at Bank of Hampton Roads in 2001 and an Administrative Assistant at Palmetto Heritage / CCB from 2000 to 2001. Ashley has earned several diplomas from the American Bankers Association/American Institute of Banking, including the AIB General Banking Diploma and the AIB Bank Operations Diploma, along with education from Piedmont Technical College and Laurens High School.
