Joaquin Aguilar has five years of professional experience. In 2016, they began working at Uber as a Community Support Team Lead and Community Support Representative. In 2019, they took on the role of Service Desk Technician at Uber with Milestone Technologies, Inc. In 2020, they started working as a Desktop Support Specialist at Cheetah Digital. In this role, they were the first point of contact for any technical issue via email, phone or chat, and they were responsible for onboardings, account creation, and app assignment via Okta, as well as laptop delivery logistics and IT induction training. In 2021, they took on the role of Advance Remote Support at Kyndryl. Currently, they are a Desktop Support Engineer at Armory.

Joaquin Aguilar attended Universidad de Costa Rica UCR from 2018 to 2019, where they studied Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Joaquin also attended SANS Technology Institute and Universidad Americana (CR), where they obtained a Technician degree in Graphic Design. Additionally, they obtained an Infraestructura como código Terraform certification from Universidad Cenfotec in October 2022.
