As a Board Member of the Women's Trucking Federation of Canada since January 2020, and President of the Women and Youth Empowerment Centre since July 2016, Sukhdeep has dedicated efforts to empower women and youth through education and job opportunities. Previous experience includes serving as CEO of Armour Insurance Brokers Ltd. from April 2010 to July 2024, and as an Ambassador for Peel Crime Stoppers. Sukhdeep's educational background includes a CAIB certification from IBAO and training from the Ontario Police Academy and Police Foundation Career College.
