Ian Millard

Ian Millard is the Director of Major Programmes at Armstrong Craven. Ian has over fifteen years of experience in the recruiting and executive search industry. Ian began their career as a Restaurant Manager for Ego Restaurants in 2000. Ian then transitioned into the role of Membership Sales Manager for Total Fitness in 2002. In 2005, they became a Senior Recruitment Consultant for Search Consultancy. In 2010, they joined Collingwood Executive Search as an Executive Search Consultant. Ian left Collingwood in 2015 to join Boeing as their Global Talent Sourcing Specialist. Ian held this position until 2017 when they joined Armstrong Craven.

Ian Millard studied Organization Studies at the University of Central Lancashire, where they earned their BA Hons. Ian also studied Catering and Hotel Management at Cambridge Regional College, where they earned their National Diploma. Lastly, they attended Saffron Walden County High School.

Their manager is Peter Howarth, Joint Managing Director. They work with Lara Alberda - Director of Client Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Catherine Neville - Commercial Director, UK, and Rory Stewart - Director of Client Services, Consumer and Industrial.
