Gwendolyn Johnson

Gwendolyn Johnson is an Associate Attorney at Armstrong Divorce and Family Law, PLLC, since August 2023. Previously, Gwendolyn served as Clinic Chief at the SMU Dedman School of Law Criminal Defense Clinic from August 2022 to May 2023 and completed a Domestic Violence Unit Legal Internship at the Collin County Criminal District Attorney's Office in July 2022. Gwendolyn also gained experience as a Legal Intern with the City of Dallas, focusing on Civil Rights Litigation and Personal Injury, and worked as a Law Clerk at The Wilder Firm, where research on DWI criminal defense was conducted. Additional experience includes a Crimes Against Children Legal Internship at the Collin County Criminal District Attorney's Office in July 2021. Gwendolyn holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Texas A&M University. Gwendolyn is an Associate Member of the State Bar of Texas.
