Lynnette Wintersteen

Lynnette Wintersteen has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles throughout their career. Lynnette began in 1987 at Eaton Corporation, where they gained experience in HR training, IT, and service support coordination. Wintersteen then worked at Baily Manufacturing as a Human Resources Assistant before returning to Eaton Corporation as a Training Manager. Lynnette later joined Griswold Machine & Engineering as a Human Resources Manager. Wintersteen then moved on to H.C. Starck, where they served as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing all HR functions and working closely with corporate teams. In 2012, they joined Auburn Gear as Director of Human Resources, responsible for the full spectrum of HR support and implementing culture change initiatives. Wintersteen then became the Director of People Operations at RISE, Inc. Angola, before their current position as the Director of Human Resources at Armstrong International.

Lynnette Wintersteen studied at Spring Arbor University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mgmt of Human Resources and Organizational Development. Lynnette also completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resources / Organizational Development at the same institution.
