Gregory Ramos is a Partner at Armstrong Teasdale LLP since April 2022, bringing over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic business transactions, corporate reorganization, and succession planning. With a proven track record of closing more than 90 M&A transactions valued at over $13 billion, as well as numerous private offerings aggregating hundreds of millions of dollars, Gregory has demonstrated expertise in helping companies achieve their strategic visions. Previous roles include Attorney positions at Sherman & Howard L.L.C., Ciba-Geigy, and Arnold & Porter, along with an engineering role at Boeing as an Automated Test Engineer. Education includes a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the same institution, preceded by education at Punahou School.
