Rudy M.

Rudy began their career in the US Army as a Field Grade Officer, where they served in various capacities related to training, operations, and force development. After retiring from the Army, Rudy transitioned to the corporate sector, working in both manufacturing and automotive companies. Rudy held roles such as Director of HR/Labor Relations, Manager of Human Resources, and Regional Plant Human Resources Manager. Rudy also has experience in leading HR functions during plant closures and reorganizations. In their most recent role as Regional HR Manager - California Lead at Armstrong World Industries, they are responsible for overseeing HR operations in the California region.

Rudy M. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry & Military Science from the University of North Georgia from 1986 to 1989. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from GMC - Georgia Military College from 1984 to 1986. Furthermore, they completed their secondary education at Don Bosco Technical High School in Paterson, NJ, where they obtained a Diploma from 1980 to 1984.
