Vice President, Regulatory Policy & Interconnection at Armstrong

Keith Hall's work experience includes serving as the Vice President, Regulatory Policy & Interconnection at Armstrong, where they are responsible for leading stakeholder collaboration to accelerate broadband deployment and adoption in Appalachia. Prior to that, they worked as an Attorney and Strategic Advisor, negotiating regulatory victories for the nation's largest cable companies and leading due diligence efforts for high net worth individuals. Keith also served as the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Insight Communications, where they played a key role in forming the company's overall corporate strategy, including regulatory and public policy initiatives. Additionally, they have experience working in the Commonwealth of Kentucky as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor and Director of Homeland Security. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Insight Communications, Pedley Zielke Gordinier and Pence, and the Office of US Congressman Anne Northup.

Keith Hall obtained their Bachelor's Degree from Centre College from 1992 to 1996. Keith then pursued a Juris Doctorate from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville from 1996 to 1999.
