Dolores Fedelin

Dolores began her career with the USAG underwriting department in 1999 before eventually joining ARMtech in 2003. She has stayed in underwriting her entire crop insurance career. When asked what keeps her in this industry, Dolores says it’s all she knows and that her co-workers and agents have become like family to her.

When asked about the best manager she’s ever had, she says her first boss always made sure she was available for any questions or concerns that arose. She never had a cross word for anyone and typically had a smile on her face. She cared about people as individuals, not just as employees.

As far as teamwork goes, Dolores says the best teams work together to achieve common goals—a cohesive vision is important to unite everyone together.
