James Blackhart

James Blackhart is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and business management. Currently serving as Treasurer for the Army Aviation Association of America, James also owns and operates Old Army LLC, a service-connected disabled veteran-owned small business specializing in fair trade and rainforest certified coffee. As Owner Principal of Advisor Tactical Products, James focuses on high-quality tactical solutions, while a distinguished career in the US Army culminated in the role of Operations Sergeant Major. James has held several key positions in the tactical and lighting products industry, including President of LedWave Tactical Products, Senior Sales Manager at SureFire, and Account Manager for Grainger Industrial Supply. Academically, James earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Social Sciences, followed by a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Liberty University.
