Joseph Fiore (Jay)

Joseph "Jay" Fiore has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Joseph "Jay" is currently serving as the Chief of Operations at the Army Recreation Machine Program since April 2022. Prior to this, they were the District Manager at ARMP Europe District Office from January 2018 to April 2022.

From 2005 to 2018, Fiore worked for The Army Recreation Machine Program in various roles, including Slot Operations Manager and Slot Technician. Joseph "Jay" gained extensive experience in managing slot gaming operations, leading teams, and achieving goals. Joseph "Jay" was responsible for financial management, procurement, technical work, and training.

Before joining ARMP, Fiore served as the General Manager of Darlyn Ent., LLC dba LWE from November 2003 to January 2005. Additionally, they worked at Tropicana Casino & Resort as a Slot Machine Technician from September 1988 to November 1992, and at Ballys Park Place Casino Hotel as a Special Service Supervisor from May 1983 to September 1988.

Joseph "Jay" Fiore has a diverse education history. Joseph "Jay" pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2012 to 2017. In 2011, they also attended the University of Nevada, Reno, where they obtained a GMC (Gaming Management Certificate). Additionally, they participated in the William R. Eadington Executive Development Program at UNR & UNLV in 2013, focusing on Strategic Leadership in the Gaming Industry.

Fiore has also obtained several certifications from CompTIA. Joseph "Jay" earned the CompTIA Security ce in October 2011, the CompTIA Network ce in June 2011, and the CompTIA A ce in March 2011.
