Chisom Okechukwu has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2017 as a Sales Representative for Cadbury Nigeria PLC. In 2020, they moved to The Coca-Cola Company as a Brand Promoter, and in 2022 they joined both Arnergy as a Customer Experience Representative and Guaranty Trust as a Transaction Service Intern.

Chisom Okechukwu has obtained an OND in Marketing from The Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri in 2021. Additionally, Chisom Okechukwu has obtained a certification in Customer Service 2.0: Learning Digital Customer Service from Udemy in November 2022.
