Emmanuel Oladipupo Ademuwagun

Emmanuel Oladipupo Ademuwagun has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they were appointed as the Head of Engineering at Arnergy, a company backed by Bill Gates Breakthrough Energy Ventures (BEV) that raised 9 million USD Series A funding in 2019. In 2018, they were the Electrical and Automation Manager at Diageo. In 2017, they were the Electrical and Instrumentation Manager at PZ Cussons/Glanbia JV, Nutricima, where they were responsible for electrical and instrumentation maintenance and reliability for the manufacturing operations. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Coca-Cola HBC, where they held three positions. As Manufacturing Transformation Pull Forward (Ikeja), they were selected by the Director of Manufacturing to lead process improvement projects in the largest Coca-Cola bottling plant in Africa. As Shift Maintenance Supervisor (Plant B), they were responsible for total asset care for high-speed PET production lines. As Management Trainee, Engineering, they went through a world-class technical and leadership training, and designed and developed the "SmartSave Classic" machine to reduce glass bottle breakages at Empty Bottle Inspection point.
