Uzoamaka Sandra Okafor, MBA(Finance),ACA has a wealth of experience in the finance and accounting field. Uzoamaka Sandra began their career in 2013 as a Program Executive at Abuja Technology Village Freezone Company (enspire Incubator). In 2014, they moved to UHY Maaji & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as an Accounts & Audit Associate, where they were responsible for the preparation of financial statements and reports for clients, as well as the review of bank reconciliations, vouchers and financial documents for accuracy. In 2016, they joined Maxima Media Group as a Finance Executive, where they estimated financial data and reviewed budgets, payroll, incomes and expenditures. In 2017, they became a Finance Manager at THPProject Limited, where they developed financial management mechanisms, formulated strategic business plans and analyzed change and advised accordingly. In 2018, they moved to Levene Energy Group as a Manager, Finance & Accounts, where they were responsible for financial planning and budget implementation. Uzoamaka Sandra is currently a Finance Manager at Arnergy, where they develop, implements and monitors appropriate financial systems, procedures and internal controls to support the efficient and effective operation of the Finance function.

Uzoamaka Sandra Okafor holds an MBA in Finance and Investment from Ahmadu Bello University which they obtained in 2020. Uzoamaka Sandra also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2012. Additionally, they are an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Member of the National Institute of Management (Chartered).
