Vlad Paunescu

Vlad Paunescu is an experienced software engineer currently working at Arnia Software since February 2015, focusing on state-of-the-art algorithms for still image processing and optical flow for video scene understanding, along with developing a stereo matching algorithm for depth estimation. Previous experience includes a software engineering internship at Google, where Vlad contributed to a web application for YouTube monetization, and a software engineer role at Intel Corporation. Additional roles include collaboration at TeamNet and a co-op position at Adobe. Vlad Paunescu holds a Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, along with a Baccalaureate in Mathematics and Computer Science from the National High School of Computer Science "Tudor Vianu".
