Iain Gibson

Iain Gibson has extensive work experience in various positions within the IT industry. Iain is currently the Head of Datacentre Operations at Arnold Clark since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Interim ICT Manager at MDDUS in 2023. From 2016 to 2023, they worked at Ashurst, initially as the Head of Global Infrastructure and Operations, and later as the IT Operations Manager. Iain also served as the Senior IT Manager at City Facilities Management from 2002 to 2016, where they were responsible for service delivery to around 5000 users throughout the UK. Earlier in their career, they held the positions of Senior Consultant at 20-20 Partnership and Buchanan International Ltd.

Iain Gibson attended Cathkin High School from 1985 to 1991. Iain later went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of Strathclyde, completing their studies between 1991 and 1995.
