Kate Carret has extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as President and CEO of Arnold Lumber Company since September 1999, where responsibilities include strategic growth, profitability enhancement, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, Kate holds the same titles at Seaside Casual Furniture, overseeing overall business direction and daily operations since June 1996, with a focus on new product design, marketing, and customer service. Prior experience includes a role at Bain & Company from 1996 to 1999. Kate earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management in 1996.
