Wendy Cheek

Wendy Cheek, CPA has over 15 years of work experience in finance and management. Wendy most recently served as the CFO at Arnold Magnetic Technologies starting in April 2018. Prior to that, they were the Controller & HR Director - North America at the same company from September 2017 to April 2018. Before joining Arnold Magnetic Technologies, Wendy worked as the VP of Finance at Spartaco Group from June 2008 to September 2017. Wendy also has experience as an A/R Manager at Bojangles' Restaurants, Inc. from October 2005 to June 2008 and as a Salaried Professional at Robert Half from October 2003 to October 2005.

Wendy Cheek, CPA, holds a Master's degree in Accounting which they obtained from Gardner-Webb University between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science at Belmont Abbey College from 1992 to 1996.

In addition to their educational background, Wendy has obtained several certifications. Wendy became a Certified Public Accountant through the North Carolina State Board of CPA Examiners in July 2017. Furthermore, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from York Technical College in August 2012.
