Neil Rosenbaum has a diverse work experience in various companies. Neil started their career as an Antitrust Associate at Epstein Becker & Green in 1996, where they provided counsel and litigated antitrust matters. Neil also initiated and managed the Health Law Writing Competition to enhance the firm's recruiting efforts.
Neil then worked as the Director of Professional Services at eLawForum from 2001 to 2003, where they led the operations team for a procurement consulting firm. Neil collaborated with software vendors to develop a customized procurement platform and implemented a knowledge management system for law firm research.
In 2002, Neil joined the American University Washington College of Law as an Adjunct Professor, where they taught courses on Antitrust Law in the Health Care Sector and the school's Health Law survey course.
Neil later moved on to Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in 2003, where they served as the Proposal Operations Manager. In this role, they designed and managed the firm's database for tracking business development activity and implemented quality improvement processes for proposals and presentations.
Neil then worked at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, starting as a Business Development Manager from 2004 to 2011. Neil then became the Senior Manager of Business Development & Marketing Technologies from 2012 to 2014, where they led the launch of the firm's Consumer Advertising Law Blog and first mobile application.
Currently, Neil is the Director of Business Development at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP since 2015. In this role, they oversee the proposal function and leads the firm's implementation of the Foundation Software as a knowledge management platform for the marketing department.
Neil Rosenbaum has a JD in Law from Boston College Law School and a BA in Political Science from Stanford University.
