Andrea Noda

Andrea Noda has a strong background in the healthcare field. Andrea began their career as a Policy Associate at the Medicare Rights Center from 2001 to 2003. Following that, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Georgetown University Health Policy Institute from 2003 to 2005. Andrea then joined Avalere Health as a Senior Associate from 2005 to 2008. Andrea subsequently joined the Congressional Budget Office, where they served as a Principal Analyst for Low-Income Health Programs from 2008 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Health Care at Arnold Ventures since November 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Director, Health Care at Arnold Ventures from 2018 to 2021, during which they oversaw the operations and strategic direction of the drug pricing team.
