Asa Craig

Asa Craig is an accomplished legal and policy professional currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Arnold Ventures since August 2022. Craig has previously held positions as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and a Summer Associate Law Clerk at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Experience includes a Fellowship with the U.S. House of Representatives and a role as a Political Analyst with the Black Economic Alliance, where research focused on candidates' viability for the 2018 midterm elections. Craig's legal expertise was further developed through a Legal Externship at the Pennsylvania Governor's Office of General Counsel. Prior to legal roles, Craig worked at The Urban Institute and held positions at Arnold Ventures, contributing to education and venture development. Educational qualifications include a JD from Yale Law School, a Master in Public Affairs from Princeton University, and a BA in Government and Africana Studies from Cornell University, along with participation in fellowships at Columbia Law School and the PPIA Fellowship Program.
