Charlie Anderson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Charlie later pursued a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, graduating in 2008.
