Jennifer Doleac

Jennifer Doleac is the Executive Vice President of Criminal Justice at Arnold Ventures since July 2023 and has been hosting the podcast Probable Causation, which focuses on law, economics, and crime, since April 2019. Previously, Doleac served as an Associate Professor of Economics at Texas A&M University from August 2018 to July 2023 and as an Assistant Professor of Public Policy and Economics at the University of Virginia from July 2012 to July 2018. Additional experience includes a role as a Visiting Fellow at The Brookings Institution in 2015-2016 and various research positions at Stanford University and the Congressional Budget Office. Doleac holds a PhD in Economics from Stanford University and a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Williams College.
