Kristine Grow

Kristine Grow is an accomplished communications executive with extensive experience in corporate communications and public affairs. Currently serving as Vice President of Communications at Arnold Ventures since October 2023, Kristine previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Communications at America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) from October 2016 to October 2023, where Kristine developed communications strategies aligned with the organization’s mission. Prior to that, Kristine was Vice President of Corporate Communications at Aetna, overseeing reputation management and executive visibility, after joining the company through its acquisition of Coventry Health Care. Kristine's career also includes leadership positions at Chlopak, Leonard, Schechter & Associates as Managing Director, ARAMARK as Senior Director of Corporate Communications, and UNISYS in a communications role, among others. Kristine began the career as a Features Editor at Cardinal Business Media/Boucher Communications and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Temple University.
