Cristina Rossello

Cristina Rossello, law degree 110 and honors, publication dignity, and mention of merit in the annals of the faculty, is a cassation lawyer, expert in commercial law, banking law, and securities law, with her own office in Milan, Rome, and Brussels.

Lawyer of listed companies and important family businesses, she carries out legal disputes and arbitration activities; she also has experience in television rights and sports law.

Author of books and publications in civil and commercial law journals and economic newspapers, she is a member of scientific and editorial committees in the legal and business fields.

She has been a director of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA since April 2012.

She holds governance positions in listed and multinational companies.
