Additionally, Diane has experience as a Change Manager and Head of Business Support at Capita Translation and interpreting. Prior to that, Diane was the Head of Service Delivery at Applied Language Solutions. With a background at Friends Provident International and Friends Provident, Diane has a wealth of experience in delivering change and transformation programmes.
