Nicola Matthias

Nicola Matthias is the Director of Risk and Compliance at Aro since November 2021. Before that, Nicola held the position of Head of Operational Risk at Chetwood Financial Limited from September 2018 to November 2021. Prior to that, Nicola was the Head of Risk and Change at Think Money Group from June 2016 to September 2018. Nicola has also worked in various risk management roles at The Co-operative Bank plc, Lloyds Banking Group, and MBNA Europe Ltd. Nicola has a strong background in implementing risk frameworks, governance structures, and driving cultural change to manage business risks effectively.
