Human Resources Director at ARO Drilling

Ameera Al-Balushi has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to 2022. Ameera began their career as an Instructor at Omama Computer Centre in 2003 before transitioning to the role of Computer Labs Administrator at King Faisal University in 2004. Ameera then moved to Prince Mohamad University in 2007 where they served as an IT Supervisor for the Female Campus until 2012. In 2012, they joined Ingeus Saudi Arabia as a Group Facilitator/Trainer and later took on the roles of Learning & Development Consultant and Learning and Development Manager. In 2016, Ameera Al-Balushi joined ARO Drilling as a Training and Competence Manager for the Middle East, and over time, they assumed roles such as Acting HR Director, Acting Policies and Planning Manager, and Human Resources Administration Senior Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at ARO Drilling.

Ameera Al-Balushi's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Bahrain, which they completed between 1997 and 2002. Ameera later pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology and Computer Science from Ahlia University, completing it from 2005 to 2007. In 2015 and 2016, they earned an Associate's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance. Ameera also attended the London Business School in 2019, where they completed a program in Leading Change, focusing on Organizational Leadership. In 2022, they further enhanced their skills in Organizational Leadership by completing a program on Executing Strategy for Results at the London Business School. Additionally, in the same year, they studied Business Administration and Management, General at the London Business School.
