Rayan Yankesar

Rayan Yankesar is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in operations and procurement within the drilling and construction sectors. Currently serving as an Operation Engineer II at ARO Drilling since July 2019, Rayan has optimized operations and improved safety protocols, resulting in a notable reduction in operational costs, while developing valuable financial oversight tools. Prior experience includes roles at Khaled Juffali Elevator & Escalator Co., where Rayan established the procurement department and significantly lowered installation costs, as well as overseeing on-site operations. Rayan's career began with a trainee position at GACA, contributing to modernization projects in aviation. Rayan holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Business & Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Umm Al-Qura University.
