Lauren Novotny

Lauren Novotny has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2016, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Independence Elevator Company. In 2018, they interned at Biocartis, where they conducted optimization experiments on the real-time PCR Idylla platform and performed various laboratory tasks. From 2019 to 2020, Lauren had two internships at Bristol-Myers Squibb in the Bioanalytical Sciences department. Lauren was responsible for optimizing a neutralizing antibody bioassay, characterizing T and B-cells using flow cytometry, and conducting data analysis. In 2020, they interned at Bristol Myers Squibb as a Bioanalytical Sciences Intern. Currently, Lauren is working as a Scientist II in Biology at Aro Biotherapeutics, starting in 2023.

Lauren Novotny pursued their education in the field of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. Lauren earned a Master of Science degree from East Carolina University during the period of 2021 to 2022. Prior to this, they completed their undergraduate studies at Ursinus College between 2016 and 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
