Barnaby May

Barnaby May is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in the biotechnology field, currently serving as Chief Scientific Officer at Aroa Biosurgery Limited since June 2015. Throughout their tenure, Barnaby May has held various leadership roles including Vice President of Research and Clinical Development and Vice President of Technology. Prior to Aroa Biosurgery, Barnaby May was the Scientific Director at Mesynthes Limited from January 2008 to June 2015, and previously held positions as Adjunct Professor and Post Doctoral Research Fellow at UCSF. Academically, Barnaby May obtained a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of California, San Francisco, following a PhD in the same field from the University of Canterbury.
