Laure Kruithof

Laure Kruithof is an experienced retail and sales professional currently serving as Retail Director at Aroma-Zone since March 2022. Prior to this role, Laure held positions including Director of Sales and Retail Operations at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and Retail Director for MAC Cosmetics in France and Export. Laure has also led retail operations as Retail Director for Jacadi in France and Benelux, and served as Sales and Marketing Director for ÏDKIDS.COMMUNITY in the APAC region. Previous experience includes managing retail and wholesale for Christofle in APAC and brand management at OKAÏDI. Laure's early career involved a marketing manager role at BI Norwegian Business School. Laure holds dual MBA degrees from BI Norwegian Business School and Fudan University, as well as a Master’s degree in International Business from Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales.
