Jack Santos Jr.

Jack Santos Jr. has extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Jack began their career as a General Manager at Portuguese Pavilion Restaurant & Catering, where they managed a $1.8 million restaurant and was responsible for all operations, including scheduling, hiring, ordering, and inventory. Jack then worked at Romano's Macaroni Grill as a Senior FOH Manager, where they were in charge of dining room schedules, training for over 60 employees, and managing the bar, including ordering, inventory, and costs. Jack then moved on to Johnny Carinos Country Italian, where they served as General Manager and achieved notable accomplishments, such as restructuring the restaurant with internal strife and developing the best overall team in the market. Jack also turned the restaurant into a Certified Manager Training Store and successfully trained and promoted hourly employees into the management training program. Jack later joined Houlihan's Ace Restaurants as an Assistant General Manager, a position they held for nearly a decade. During this time, they gained experience in various aspects of restaurant management. Jack then joined OTG Management as a Multi Unit General Manager before returning to Aroogas Grille House & Sports Bar, where they currently serve as the General Manager.

Jack Santos Jr. attended Caldwell College from 1986 to 1988, studying Business Management.
