Kathleen Fariss, ACC, MSLM has an extensive work experience in leadership development, strategic planning, coaching, and consulting. Kathleen is the Co-Founder and CEO of Fariss Coaching & Consulting (FC&C), a family-owned business that empowers individuals, teams, and organizations. Kathleen provides expertise in various areas including leadership development, strategic planning, crisis planning, change management, fundraising, and business development.
In addition to FC&C, Kathleen also works as a Personal & Professional Growth Coach at Boon Health, where they focus on mental well-being and professional development. Kathleen is a Strategic Advisory Board Member at The Dandelion Philosophy, a global social enterprise that aims to create positive change. Kathleen is also a COO at The Kindness Games, where they promote acts of kindness to heal relationships and communities.
Furthermore, Kathleen serves as a founding coach of Top Teams and the Top Coach Community, providing business coaches with a platform to connect, learn, and grow together. Kathleen has also worked as an Executive Business Strategist at Cerius Executives, where they successfully stepped into executive-level roles to drive results within a short period of time.
Prior to their current roles, Kathleen held leadership positions at Drucker School of Management where they were the Founding Director of the Drucker School Global Family Business Institute and the Director of Special Projects and Student Services. Kathleen played a key role in launching the Institute and creating a vision for a new corporate partnership group.
Earlier in their career, Kathleen served as the Chief Executive Officer at NextGen Coaching and Consulting, as well as the Chief Operating Officer at The Genysys Group. Kathleen co-founded Ride the Tide Collective, a boutique strategy and consulting company that worked with small businesses and solopreneurs to promote growth.

Kathleen Fariss, ACC, MSLM, obtained their education from the University of La Verne. From 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management. Kathleen then proceeded to complete their Master's of Science in Leadership and Management with a focus on Organizational Development from 2005 to 2008 at the same institution.
In addition to their academic achievements, Kathleen Fariss has obtained multiple certifications. In October 2020, they became an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation. Kathleen also holds various certifications from WiLD Leaders, Inc., including WiLD Mastery Level Blue (obtained in February 2021), WiLD Strategic Affiliate (obtained in May 2023), and WiLD Executive Fellow (obtained in June 2023). Furthermore, they are a certified Strengthscope Administrator (obtained in August 2017) and a CareerLeader Certified Administrator (obtained in July 2015). Lastly, Kathleen Fariss is a WiLD Toolkit Facilitator (obtained in February 2021).
