Matthew Lechner, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources and operations. In their current role at Arosa, Matthew serves as a People Operations Generalist, overseeing various key functions. Previously, Matthew held positions at Home Care Network of Westchester and Eye to Eye National. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Behavioral Neuroscience from Hunter College.
